You are to receive a part-payment of your fund which has been approved for Payment to your designate account by the Federal Government of Nigeria in conjunction with the United
States Government and the European Union.
However, two Americans Mr. John Tsai and Mr. Brian Lacy who claimed to be your representatives visited my office today to claim the fund on your behalf, I did asked them to get back to me tomorrow because I needed to verify from you, as a matter of urgency you are required to clarify me on this issue immediately, if this individuals are actually your representatives before we credit the fund into the bank account they provided.
You are required to send your response within 24hours, if you have instructed that the fund be wired to Mr. John Tsai and Mr. Brian Lacy, this is to enable me endorse the application for the transfer of the fund to them. They actually tendered some Vital Documents as proof that they are actually your representatives. It really baffles me that you took such decision without the consent of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
