World Bank Assisted Programmer to Europe and West Africa and United States Department of the Treasury Bonds and Treasury Securities Section
on foreign payment case file has been endorsed for payment awaiting your confirmations. In view of several efforts already made by us to contact
you for the following reasons based on the new account submitted to this office on your behalf.
We shall effect code release to our off-shore bank of settlement for further credit to your nominated bank account. contact us urgently to
obtain Debit Form – FPACL 75 – Re-Validation Form; which you complete and returne to us for notarization and endorsement of your fund release papers.
You will be contacted from Ontario Canada office of Independent Finance and Trust Group International transfer department,Remmittance
officer Mr.Leroy Brown as soon as you respond to this email to enable us Notarize and Endorse your fund release as the statutory obligation of this
office to ensure checks and balances. See attached document for your perusal.
